The El Dorado Regional Fire Authority operates under the CSDA's Guide to Special District Laws and Related Codes.  Specifically the EDRFA has been formed as a Joint Powers Agency/Agreement (JPA) as defined in the document linked above as well as in the EDRFA's Joint Power Agreements published on this page.  The original agreement and any ammendments are listed below.
